DEFECT   W/O 77392:   CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT RH EXIT ROW 14 UPPER AND AFT LOWER RIGHT AND LEFT LOWER ROW 14 NOT ILLUMINATING.  RESOLUTION:  REPLACED ALL LAMPS FIXTURES REMAIN INOP.
