## Discrepancy

LOUD NOISE FROM NLG DURING TAXI.  FOUND L/H NOSE TIRE BEARING HAD FAILED. WHEEL ASSY IS DAMAGED AND THERE HAS ALSO BEEN DAMAGE TO THE AXEL.
