EVERY 7 DAYS CHECK LAVATORY "D" DOOR FOR DIFFCULT OPERATION, SHARP EDGES AROUND LOWER MODIFIED HINGE, HINGE CENTER HAS DEFORMED AND BENT AWAY FROM LAVATORY DOOR. CONTACT INTERIORS ENGINEERIF ANY OF THE ABOVE OCCUR. ( LIFE LIMITED REPAIR PER AMM/ENG )  PERFORMED REINSPECT ON L2 LAV DOOR PER EA 25-0320. NO SHARP EDGES FOUND AND DOOR OPERATES NORMALLY. ITEM REMAINS ON MTI.
