EMERGENCY LIGHTS LOW BATTERY.  VERIFIED ACFT BATTERY POWER IS WITHIN NORMAL OPERATING LIMITS AND WAITED 90 MINUTES FOR CHARGE IAW AMM 33-51-06, AND AMM 33-51-00. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
