R1 WINDOW ELECTRICAL ARCING ON 2 CONTACT POINTS.  ELECTRICALLY HEATED WINDSHIELDS, NR 1 WINDOW.   REMOVED AND REPLACED R1 WINDSHIELD IAW AMM 56-11-11.  R & R R1 WIPER BLADE IAW AMM 30-42-11,  ALL OPS CHECK GOOD AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED ALND VERIFY TEST IAW AMM 22-11-00-700-801, OPS CHKD GOOD. PERFORMED INSTRUMENT LANDING TEST IAW AMM 34-31-00-730-801 OPS CHKD GOOD. THIS CLEARS MEL 30-11-1 MDDR 141348.
