JET BRIDGE CONTACTED AIRCRAFT ON PUSHBACK.  INSTALLED TEMPORARY REPAIR ON L2 DOOR SCUFF PLATE.  FERRIED TO PHX.  REMOVED AND REPLACED L2 FORWARD SCUFF PLATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MM 53-30-1.
