WHEN NR 2 BLEED IS SELECTED A STRONG ODOR NOTED THROUGHOUT THE AIRCRAFT FOLLOWED BY AN ELECTRICAL SMOKE WARNING INDICATION.  REPLACED AVIONICS AIR EXTRACTION FAN.
