WHILE IN CLIMB, LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT, LANDING GEAR LEVER JAMMED IN DOWN POSITION.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED FOR FURTHER CHECK.  REPLACED LANDING GEAR PROXIMITY SWITCH 50GB IAW MM.  (K)
