## Discrepancy

FLIGHT 7557 IAD-SCE, PILOT REPORTED, DURING THE CLIMBOUT UNABLE TO TRIM AIRCRAFT WITH EITHER LEFT OR RIGHT YOKE PITCH TRIM SWITCHES.  STANDBY TRIM FUNCTIONED NORMALLY.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED SAFELY TO IAD.
