JFK - FLT 5106 - FOUND LOWER EMERGENCY LIGHT FOR EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR IS INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED BULB.  OPS CHECK WAS GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (M)
