MIA - FLT 5229 - CREW REPORTED EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHT IN PASSENGER DOOR IS INOPERATIVE.  MAITNENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED LIGHT ASSEMBLY IAW ATR MM.  OPS CHECK WAS GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (M)
