## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED DURING CLIMB, THE RUDDER TRIM JAMMED RT AFTER TAKEOFF.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE YAW TRIM ACTUATOR IAW MM.  OPS CHECK WAS GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
