THE REINFORCEMENT WEB AT STA 294 WAS FOUND CORRODED.  BLENDED THE DAMAGED AREA TO REMOVE THE CORROSION.  FABRICATED A REPAIR DOUBLER.  REPAIR DONE IAW REPAIR.  (K)
