HAIL DAMAGE ON THE RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TOP SKIN PANEL.  REMOVED THE EXISTING SKIN PANEL AND MARKED AND DRILLED FASTENER HOLES.  REPOSITIONED AND INSTALLED SKIN.  REPAIR DONE IAW SRM.  (K)
