HAIL DAMAGE TO THE RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TOP SKIN PANEL.  REMOVED EXISTING RT STABILIZER TOP SKIN PANEL AND CLEANED THE AREA.  INSTALLED NEW TOP SKIN.  REPAIR DONE IAW REPAIR STATEMENT.  (K)
