## Discrepancy

FIRST OFFICER'S PITCH TRIM MAIN INOP MESSAGE ILLUMINATED ON CLIMB-OUT.  AIRCRAFT DECLARED EMERGENCY.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FIRST OFFICERS YOKE TRIM SWITCH IAW EMB AMM 27-40-03.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.  RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICED.
