BAGGAGE DOOR FRAME LOWER SILL FOUND CORRODED.  REMOVED EXISTING SILL, CLEANED AND TREATED AREA.  INSTALLED NEW SILL IAW EMB SRM 51-40-02. RESTORED PROTECTIVE FINISH.  RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
