## Discrepancy

ON FLIGHT 4551, CREW REPORTED A BURNED CIRCUIT ODOR FROM THE 1ST OVERHEAD LIGHT IN CABIN.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED BALLAST FOR 1ST OVERHEAD LIGHT.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
