DURING MX BASE VISIT INSPECTION FOUND THE LT AILERON OTBD HINGE FITITNG BOTH HAT BUSHINGS PITTED.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  R & R LT AILERON OTBD HINGE FITTING IAW EO EM-27MR-112. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
