## Discrepancy

THE CREW REPORTED THE F/O FLASHLIGHT BATTRIES WERE NOT CHARGING, VERY WEAK.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  R & R FLASHLIGHT AND CHARGING ASSY IAW AMM 33-50-16. OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
