ELECTRICAL ODOR SEEMS TO COME FROM COCKPIT AROUND CONTROLLER.  FOUND GFC PANEL WITH ELECTRICAL ODOR. R & R FGC PANEL IAW AMM 22-11-01.  OPS CHECKS GOOD.  ACFT RVSM ELIGIBLE. ACFT IS COMPLIANT FOR CONTINUE CAT II OPERATIONS.
