LEFT SIDE OF FWD EQUIP COMPARTMENT SHELF HAS A CRACK AT FS 193.  CRACK IS APPROX 1/8 INCH IN LENGTH.  REPAIRED LT SIDE OF FWD EQUIP COMPARTMENT SHELF AT FS 193 IAW ETN CR-53-099.
