SMOKE IN CABIN FROM MULTIPLE PSU'S.  DURING TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND PSU BALLAST BETWEEN SEATS 14A - 15A BURNED.  R & R BALLAST IAW AMM 33-21-05.  OPERATIONS CHECKED OK.
