BRACKET SUPPORTING RT WING REFUEL TUBE INSIDE ACCESS PANEL 631AB IS CRACKED AT NUT PLATE FOR CLAMP.  REPAIRED BRACKET IAW ETN 51-150, INSTALLED IAW SRM 51-40-09.  OK FOR SERVICE.
