DURING CLIMB, RECEIVED TOO LOW TERRAIN AURAL WARNINGS FOLLOWED BY RADAR ALTIMETER FAIL GPWS ON OPERATIONAL & WINDSHEAR INOPERATIVE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RADIO ALTIMETER ANTENNAS IAW AMM 34-31-02. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
