## Discrepancy

HOWLING NOISE FROM NOSE AFTER TAKEOFF.  FOUND ACCESS DOOR ON GPU CONNECTION TO BE OPEN.  GVI OF ACCESS DOOR FOUND TO BE GOOD.  CLOSED DOOR, SAW DOOR OPEN WHILE ACFT WAS TAXIING.
