RIGHT LOWER ATTACHMENT ANGLE NR 3 IS CRACKED ON THE LE APPROX 1/2 INCH LONG.  FOR THE LATERAL WING TO FUSELAGE FAIRING.  R & R RT LOWER ATTACHMENT ANGLE NR 3 IAW ETN EM-53-142.
