DURING MBV INSPECTION, QA FOUND RUDDER I LOWER HINGE FITTING WORN.  ACFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE FOR MBV INSPECTION & WILL BE RETURNED TO SERVICE AFTER MBV INSPECTION.  R & R RUDDER I LOWER HINGE FITTING IAW SRM 51-40-02.
