## Discrepancy

FLT 9720 - TVC - HEAVY ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL IS PRESENT IN THE COCKPIT AND CABIN DURING DESCENT AND LANDING INTO TVC.  REMOVED AND INSTALLED THE NR 2 ENGINE TORQUE INDICATOR IAW ATR AMM.  OPS CHECK GOOD.  (M)
