CEILING LEVEL EMERGENCY FLOOD LIGHT NR 3 INOPERATIVE. PINNED WIRE PULLED FROM CONNECTOR J361 IAW ESPM. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BULB IAW AMM 33-51-09. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
