## Discrepancy

FA FORWARD FLASHLIGHT LOOSE IN HOLDER AND NOT CHARGING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT HOLDER IAW AMM 33-50-16. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
