DURING DESCENT WITH AUTOPILOT OFF, FLAPS 9 SPEED BRAKE EXTENDED, NOSE UP PITCH TRIM RUNAWAY,  CYCLED SPEED BRAKE, SAME RESULT.  TRIM RUNAWAY ASSOCIATED WITH SPEED BRAKE DEPLOY.  R & R HSCU, OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 27-40-01.
