BLEED 1 FAIL AND BLEED 1 OVERPRESSURE ON TAKE OFF. BLEED 1 FAIL MESSAGE ON LANDING. A/I BACK TO DFW,  NO EMERGENCY, NO OVERWEIGHT LANDING.  TRANSFERRED TO NRWC 328-DFW-00719.  FOUND NR 2 PRSOV NOT CLOSING COMPLETELY  RAR NAPRSOV PER AMM 35-11-03. OPC GOOD
