MATERIAL REMOVED .030" MATERIAL REMAINING .020" FOUND OUT OF ALLOWABLE LIMITS IAW SRM 51-75-16. LOCATED, DRILLED & DEBURED NEW SHEAR TIE IAW SRM 51-40-02. TREATED ALL NEW HOLES IN NEW SHEAR TIE USING M-CR 1132 IAW SRM 51-23-04. RESTORED FINISH TO FASTENER HEADS EXTERIOR SKIN USING ECL-G-1148 REF ETN-EJ-51-015 & RESTORED INTERIOR SHEAR TIE FASTENERS HEADS & BUCKTAILS REF ETN-EJ-51-015. APPLIED CIC TO REWORK AREA REF CPM 51-25-00-910-001-A. R & R SHEAR TIE AT FR 86 BETWEEN STR 27R - 28R REF SRM 51-40-08.
