BLEED 1 OVERPRESSURE, RAN QRH AFTER 1 MIN PRESSED BLEED 1 BACK IN. BLEED 1 OVERPRESSURE REMAINED ANNUNCIATED. RAN NEXT SECTION OF QRH AND OVERPRESSURE STILL REMAINED ANNUNCIATED. WHEN WE DISENGAGED AUTO THROTTLES AND BROUGHT ENG 1 TO IDLE BLEED 1 OVERPRESSURE EXTINGUISHED. CHECKLIST SAID LAND NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT. FOR THIS REASON WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. DEF BLEED1 PER MEL 36-01 AUTH 050786D-C.  R & R LH ENGINE NAPRSOV VALVE IAW AMM 36-11-03 OPS CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 36-11-00 MEL ITEM RESTORED
