HYD LO QTY 3 RECEIVED IN FLIGHT. 18% INITIAL. DOWN TO 14% UPON LANDING. EMERGENCY VEHICLES SAW HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKING AT A SIGNIFICANT RATE FROM THE TAIL SECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT.
