## Discrepancy

WHILE CONFIGURING FOR APPROACH INTO MSN AT 210 KTS, THE FO WAS PF AND CALLED FOR FLAPS 1. I SELECTED FLAPS 1 AND SHORTLY GOT A FLAP FAIL EICAS MESSAGE. WE RAN THE QRH AND ULTIMATELY WERE ABLE TO GET SLATS 3 FLAPS 0 FOR OUR LANDING. EMERGENCY DECLARED INSPECTED FLAPS AS PER AMM 27-51-00, NO DEFECTS NOTED , CLEARED INHIBITS AS PER 45-45-00, PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF FLAPS AS PER AMM 27-50-00-710-801A , OPS CHECK GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED.
