AREA MEASURES L=1.00" X W=.050" X D=.039" AND IS FOUND TO BE OUT OF LIMITS PER: EMB 175 51-75-16. LOCATED AND DRILLED NEW LOWER HORIZONTAL BEAM SPLICE AT AFT CARGO DOOR INTERNAL CUTOUT IAW E175-SRM 51-10- 03 AND ALODINED IAW E175-SRM 51-23-04. (PN 170-85070-001). RESTORED FINISH TO FASTENERS AND APPLIED CIC PER ETN EJ-51-015, EMB 175 SRM 51-23-06, EMB 175 CPM 51-25-00. REMOVED AND REPLACED LOWER HORIZONTAL BEAM SPLICE AT AFT CARGO DOOR INTERNAL CUTOUT IAW E175 SRM 51-40-08.
