## Discrepancy

YOKE LOSE AFTER TAKEOFF AS SOON AS ACFT ROTATED CA YOKE JERKED TO THE RT. CONTINUED FLYING,  YOKE WAS ABNORMALLY LOOSE & MORE PRONOUNCED WITH RT INPUT AND FO SIDE YOKE WAS NOT RESPONDING TO THE LEFT SIDE YOKE IN SYNC. ACFT WAS CONTROLLABLE WITH ENOUGH INPUT ON CA SIDE BUT OUT OF PRECAUTION FO TOOK CONTROLS AND WE RETURNED TO ORD AFTER EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. C/W ACFT TECH SUPPORT WORK SCOPE STEPS 1 THROUGH 4 IAW AMM 27-11-00, 27-11-01, & 27-11-05 AS REQUIRED. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHKD GOOD TORQUED RT YOKE BOLTS IAW AMM 27-11-01. C/W ACFT TECH SUPPORT WORK SCOPE STEPS 1 THROUGH 4 IAW AMM 27-11-00, 27-11-01, AND 27-11-05 AS REQUIRED. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHKD GOOD. FCF FOUND SATIS.  FLIGHT CONDUCTED.
