BLEED 2 OVER PRESSURE, QRH RAN DID NOT EXTINGUISH, BLEED SHOWED 114 PSI WITH BLEED 2 OFF RTF TO DFW.  DECLARED AN EMERGENCY.   R & R NR 2 TORQUE MOTOR CONTROLLER PER AMM 36-11-06, C/W BLEED 2 TM CONTROLLER IBIT CH 1 AND BLEED 2 TM CONTROLLER IBIT CH 2 IN REF TO AMM 45-45-00, TEST PASS AND NO FAULT NOTED AT THIS TIME. FCF FOUND SATISFACTORY.
