BDL - FLT 4486 - AVIONIC SMOKE LIGHT CAME ON IN-FLIGHT.  PUT ON MEL.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED AVIONICS SMOKE DETECTOR IAW SAAB MM OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (X)
