TOL - WHEEL ASSY WAS REMOVED FROM AIRCRAFT IN TOL AND SENT TO WHEEL SHOP.  THE WHEEL ASSY HAS 18 INCHES OF INNER FLANGE BROKEN OF OF WHEEL INNER ASSY.  THE INNER WHEEL ASSY HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  (W)
