MLJ - WHEEL ASSY WAS REMOVED FROM AIRCRAFT IN MLI AND SENT TO WHEEL SHOP.  THE WHEEL ASSY HAS 12 INCHES OF INNER FLANGE BROKEN OFF OF WHEEL INNER ASSY.  THE INNER WHEEL ASSY HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  (W)
