DFW - FLT 3811 - INTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE.  ITEM WAS DEFERRED UNTIL 4-12-96.  REPLACED THE EMERGENCY EXIT POWER SUPPLY AT SEAT ROW 8.  AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (X)
