## Discrepancy

BLADE POSITION 4, S/N 1091 THRUST BEARING BROKEN.  DAMAGE TO PROPELLER HUB BLADE SOCKET NR 4  IS BEYOND REPAIRABLE LIMITS.  MFG SB 287 HAS NOT BEEN PERFORMED ON THIS PROPELLER.
