DURING CLIMB, THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE, DUE ECAM WARNING MESSAGE NAV GPWS FAULT, LANDED SPURIOUS INDICATION WAS SIGNALED, AT SAL BS WAS INCLUDED AS MEL 34-48-01.  THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO NORMAL OPERATION.
