AFTER TAKEOFF, FOUND NR 1 AND 2 FUEL QUANTITY INOP ALONG WITH ALL FUEL FLOW INDICATIONS.  ACCOMPLISHED AIR TURNBACK AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT, ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
