## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF ROLL, NR 3 ENGINE WAS FOUND SLOW TO RESPOND TO THROTTLE MOVEMENT, AT APPROXIMATELY 40 KTS TAKEOFF WAS REJECTED, NO EXCESSIVE BRAKING FORCE USED.  PERFORMED ENGINE RUNUP AND FOUND NR 3 ENGINE OPERATED NORMALLY.
