ON CLIMBOUT AT FL 180, AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE.  ACCOMPLISHED AIR TURNBACK TO CHS.  FOUND CARGO COMPARTMENT AIR CONDITIONING DUCT TO WATER SEPARATOR NOT ATTACHED.  RECONNECTED DUCT, SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD PER MM CH 21.
