## Discrepancy

PART INSTALLED NEW AT OVERHAUL.  TEST CESS OPERATION WITHIN REQUIRED PRESSURE AND FLOW.  AT INSTALLATION IN AIRCRAFT, PUMP WOULD NOT FUNCTION AND WOULD NOT ALLOW FUEL TO BE PUMPED THRU USING BOOST PUMP.
